FLUMIX gas mixer
Industrial gas mixture control for precise gas mixtures across a wide dynamic range
Mixing gas has never been so easy!
The FLUMIX gas mixing control system regulates and monitors your gas mixtures with high precision across a wide dynamic range. Operation and visualization are via a touchscreen control terminal.
Up to six different gases are precisely and repeatably metered and mixed using the Bronkhorst High-Tech BV mass flow controller, virtually independent of temperature and pressure. The gas mixture is supplied to the user at a constant and adjustable pressure level via a dynamic pressure control system.

The mixtures can be generated from a minimum of two and, in the standard configuration, from up to six gases. Using the proprietary cascade circuit, concentrations from ml to liters or cubic meters are kept constant.
Valve switching, rinsing processes for corrosive processes, safety monitoring and shutdowns are all included as standard.
Benefits
High accuracy
Cascade circuit
Integrated buffer storage
Flexible interfaces
Automatic flushing system
Avoidance of cross-contamination
Customer-specific
Typical areas of application
The system is used in various industrial and analytical applications. These include the production of customized gas mixtures as an alternative to premixed gases, the supply of ultrapure gas to equipment and machinery in the semiconductor, fiber optic, and coating industries, and the targeted generation of contaminants for analytical purposes or catalyst applications. Furthermore, gas mixture generation is used in the food industry and in furnace technology.
