Evaporator systems
Much more than just generating hot “air” – controlled evaporation for demanding processes
Controlled evaporation and precise gas mixing
Flusys evaporation systems mix two or more gaseous components. The first step is to convert liquids into the vapor phase. Depending on the application, the system is based on a direct evaporator or a carrier gas-based evaporation system.
The gaseous components are then mixed and dosed in a controlled manner. Our software and visualization modules handle this control and regulation, optimizing them with the hardware to create a customized overall solution tailored to your specific requirements. As with all Flusys systems, operation can range from manual to fully automated.
Typical applications
Process gas humidification
Targeted humidification of process gases in process engineering
Precursor dosage
Ready-to-connect steam and precursor dosing systems for low or high temperature applications
Calibration gas generation
Production of calibration gases for testing gas analyzers

Individual control and automation
Integrated software and visualization modules handle the control and regulation of your evaporator system. These enable precise monitoring and control of all process parameters in real time. Together with the hardware, the software components are specifically tailored to your requirements and optimized into a customized overall solution. As with all Flusys systems, you benefit from maximum flexibility: The range extends from simple manual operation for manual process control to semi-automated solutions and full automation with comprehensive process integration. This allows the system to be optimally adapted to your operational processes and the desired level of automation.
