With the XPump®, Flusys offers an integrated system solution for demanding metering tasks, developed for applications ranging from laboratories and pilot plants to industrial manufacturing. The Drive Tronic is a compact and powerful drive unit specifically developed for use in laboratories and pilot plants.
Functionality and Areas of Application
The gear pump enables virtually pulsation-free conveying. Its operating principle is based on two counter-rotating gears that generate a smooth and precise flow. Thanks to the magnetic coupling, the pump is hermetically sealed and operates completely leak-free. The torque is transmitted contactlessly from the motor shaft to the pump shaft via powerful permanent magnets. This makes the XPump® particularly suitable for critical, environmentally hazardous, or odorous media.
During development, special emphasis was placed on high-quality materials, precise manufacturing, and tight tolerances. The results are high pressure stability, excellent metering accuracy, and a long service life.
The modular system includes various pump head series for small and medium flow rates, which can be replaced quickly and easily. Even at differential pressures of up to 30 bar, the XPump® guarantees a constant and uniform flow.

Intuitive Operation
Speeds and flow rates can be adjusted easily and intuitively via the intelligent control element featuring an integrated 1.3-inch TFT color display and an LED status ring.
Versatile Integration
Whether used as a circulation pump or a precise metering solution—thanks to a wide range of interfaces such as 4–20 mA, digital inputs and outputs, RS232, Modbus RTU, and USB-C—the Drive Tronic can be seamlessly integrated into existing systems and control loops.
Plug-and-Play Solution
A special highlight is the integrated interface to devices from Bronkhorst High-Tech B.V. In combination with a Bronkhorst mass flow meter, the direct communication between the pump and sensor enables a high-performance plug-and-play solution for precise flow measurement and control.
