We offer you customized, ready-to-use solutions from a single source. Benefit from the mechanical, electrical, software, and process engineering expertise of our engineers, technicians, and fitters. All systems are tested in accordance with VDE guidelines and include pressure and helium leak tests. CAD planning, training, and comprehensive documentation for software, EPLAN circuit diagram creation, and control cabinet construction are all standard services.

The design spectrum ranges from the simple assembly of components to complex test bench systems with programmed PLC/PLC, embedded PC and safety-related considerations and implementation.

Hazard/Risk Assessment

Our true strength lies in repeatedly considering all risks in relation to functionality. Risk assessment according to DIN EN ISO 12100:2011-03 and EN 60204-1:2006 forms the basis.

Electrical planning/control cabinet construction

Planning, construction of control cabinets and wiring, and testing of all components are carried out according to current low-voltage guidelines. Electrical design is performed using E-PLAN® software.

Custom software

Every system, every test bench is unique. You benefit from pre-built functional modules. New challenges arise with almost every new project. We offer you a complete software and visualization solution from a single source. Programming is done on PLCs, PCs, embedded PCs, or microcontrollers using Structured Text (ST), C/C++, VB/VBA, or all common PLC programming languages.

Commissioning

The systems are usually delivered “plug & work”. This includes commissioning, operator training, and troubleshooting support via remote maintenance modules, for example. Maintenance contracts can help achieve optimal utilization.
